Tell Us Your Good Deed

I am generous with my time in caring for little people. For 10 years I was a volunteer prison chaplain.

Why are you participating?

This is my work neighborhood and it is important to get rid of stereotypes and start spreading love and joy.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I truly don't have one good deed. My Jesuit education and my upbringing taught me to be active in my community and to try to find ways to positively impact society. I have done my best to be a teacher, wife, and mother who demonstrates the importance of community service and the power that a positive outlook can have on all around you. I have tried to teach my children and my students that hard work and determination pay off and that we should always strive to grow.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I really try to compliment people's shoes, clothes, hair, ideas, etc. You never know when something that simple could make a person's day a little better!

Why are you participating?

I'm sort of a homebody/introvert, but I am honestly so happy that, no matter how we see ourselves, or others, that we're getting back to being able to actually *see* each other!

Tell Us Your Good Deed

As part of Worcester Addresses Childhood Trauma, I host a free online Trauma Training Series that is available to anyone who is interested. I hope that it will provide information and validation for people that may have experienced a similar circumstance, and build empathy and understanding for people that haven't.

Why are you participating?

Love! I love the concept, the people involved, the content, and the possibilities. Building connections to each other across difference is vital to our progress as individuals, members of groups and as global citizens.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I intercept people who are on the path to injury: crossing busy streets, in the gym, in the chorus, in my job....

Why are you participating?

I want people to recognize me as someone who is interested in connecting on a variety of levels.
