Tell Us Your Good Deed

I volunteered to be a secret sister during my husbands deployment. Along with little gifts I like to send a card with a handwritten encouragement note and an inspirational quote.

Why are you participating?

I have been "labeled" more times than I can possibly count. From family to people on the street-they see me as a degenerate due to my tattoos. They call me "lazy" because I work from home pursing my dreams of writing a novel. I am more than what they name me.

I gift custom make lap trays for sick children and adults. Also volunteer for non-profit organizations like One Mission and the MS society.

Why are you participating?

I think this is great and love that I get to be a part of your project! Thank you!
People can be so quick to judge and often get angry with each other not knowing the other person is struggling.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I am all about my community and the less fortunate kids in it. Every year I hold a toys for tots for tats where people donate toys and we as the tattoo shop give free tattoos. We do food drives and a back to school bash to help kids out with backpacks and uniforms.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Volunteer for One Mission to help support Childhood Cancer patients and also volunteer for the MS society.

Why are you participating?

I believe this is truely a fantastic organization to help stop the judging people do rather than acceptance of who people are.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I like to make all people I come in contact with to walk away with a smile on their faces. From being a comment on the weather to how slow the line in the store is moving in front of us. I wish more people understood that life is way too short and to enjoy it.

Why are you participating?

There is no need for people to evil, mean spirited or hateful to anyone at all.
