Spent a year working at a school to gauge transgender awareness and means of improving it. Currently trying to figure out a way to make my findings appeal to the school curriculum.
Here is a collection of 6132 people who have participated in the project so far. Explore and see the variety of people doing good deeds in their communities. You can also see all the labels, groups of people, photographers, and a world map of where everyone is from!

I'm a volunteer for Why Me & Sherry's House, a nonprofit organization that benefits and creates activities and fun events for children and families effected by cancer.
I wanted to participate because I believe in equal treatment for everyone - no matter they're interests, looks or beliefs. Everyone is special and has something to offer the world.

Every Christmas morning, my family and I help the Salvation Army transport/distribute hot meals to people who are less fortunate. I love it, and it's one of the things I look forward to doing every year.
I think this campaign is a brilliant way to get everyone to stand up against stereotypes and bullying. Many of us, including myself, at some point have felt rejected/judged, etc.
I try to spend time every year to make Christmas presents for my family and friends.
I help coordinate and create portraits for children around the world who are neglected, orphaned or disadvantaged for the Memory Project. With these portraits brings joy to all the children and happiness so they can treasure a piece of their childhood forever. Everyone is welcomed to join in on creating these portraits and to experience how much it means to them!

I donate blood every 6 months to American Red Cross Association and have been doing so since I turned 16. Because of my O Positive blood it's extremely valuable to hospitals and patients around the country!
Some labels are acknowledged in a positive way, some in a negative way. Such as being an art lover is acknowledged in a positive way. But whilst being vegan and introverted is shown in society as not normal, or weird. Which is extremely twisted.

I love helping the community, and people in need. I love animals, and volunteer at the Sweet Pea animal shelter in Paxton, Massachusetts
I'm participating because the more people that volunteer for this project, the more likely the word of this project will go around.

Rescues and strays are my specialty. I have three rescue horses and one rescue dog at the moment. I've picked up and returned/re-homed about six lost/stray dogs over the past few years; they just seem to find me. My husband and I also usually have a house full of children who are missing parents, winter clothes, homes with good food in them, etc. None of them are strays anymore!
My students are excited about this project. Therefore, I'm excited!
