My friend's kitten got stuck in a tree and I helped get her down safely.
I rescued five baby mice from my driveway, attempted to feed / hydrate them through a syringe, and contacted someone to pick them up and take proper care of them. When they were big enough, she released them back into the wild.
I have been re-reading The Four Agreements. The first agreement is to "be impeccable with your word." I am working hard to live by this agreement, speaking kindly about others and myself and avoiding gossip.

When my family and I lived in Webster every summer, our dad, my siblings, and I would volunteer at the food share in town. We would package food or clothing and shoes to help either load them in a car or hand the bags and boxes out to people.
