Every year I do a week of paying it forward. From paying for lunches and coffees, to paying parking meters, I try to help as many people as possible, and just ask them to pay it forward.

As a firefighter, I have worked 43 years protecting the people of Fitchburg and worked all types of civic events and running youth sports leagues in the city.

Why are you participating?

To show the diverse make-up of our City is a great thing, and that our residents are decent, hardworking, respectable, generous people, with respect for each other, no matter the color, creed, nationality, size, or life style.

Well I can give this one good deed to you, I was shopping at a local pharmacy when someone came into the building saying good friends was dying outside from an overdose the pharmacist would not give the needed narcan to him because of liability issues after a quick coaxing I was able to convince to give the narcan to me and let me administer it.

Why are you participating?

Because I feel people need to live and LET live !!
