After I was adopted, I stayed in touch with my adoption agency. Every year, when the kids flew in from Russia, I would meet them at the airport to welcome them to America and help translate. I hope that it was a friendly face and someone who understood how they were feeling.

I feed animals that visit my yard. Including squirrels, chipmunks, groundhogs, turkeys, birds, rabbits, and deer. I have pollinator gardens to attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.
