All 4 of my animals are rescues.
I have participated in many community service projects through my church including volunteering at soup kitchens. I also participate in the annual It's My Heart walk-a-thon to raise awareness about congenital heart defects in children.

My parents gave me a key chain with this quote by Eleanor Roosevelt on it in second grade, and they have been mine to live by since. Thinking and living outside of the box to try and be me while helping others is how I achieve my dream of being a woman for and with others. In the summer of 2011, I had to the chance to go to Israel and Palestine (West Bank).
