Right now I'm working with a deep canvassing campaign to talk with people about their views on abortion. I'm such an introvert so sometimes it's hard to knock on a stranger's door and ask about such a sensitive topic, but the conversations I've had are incredible and people are really appreciative of the chance to be heard. Through this work we hope to open a broader cultural conversation and encourage people to re-examine their own stigmas and assumptions.
This project is so encouraging and is a wonderful reminder that each person has something to offer. Good deeds don't have to be huge and awe-inspiring! Everyday acts of kindness really make a difference.

I connect resources together, working with peers in the community to bring clothing, food, hygiene products and other items to those in need.
I think this project is amazing. It's a visual representation that we are so much more than the labels. If we all come together and start living with the purpose of completing one good deed each day, we'd have much stronger communities.

I planned and taught lessons on teen pregnancy and sex education- without slut shaming!
We live in a world where I thought about my own labels for two hours, while I could have picked someone else's labels in two seconds. I am participating to find peace in labels- celebrate, and not fear.

It's an interesting project and a chance to participate with my community.
I am currently working on a farm run by a non-profit called Heifer International teaching children and adults about how they can end world hunger and poverty!
We all have the possibility of changing the world in small acts! I hope that my time at Heifer Farm contributes to ending world hunger and poverty, no matter how small of an act it may seem.
I help little kids, and participate in community service events.
This seemed like fun, and I would like to contribute so more people would get into good habits.

I'm always doing something good, but I especially do good things for the community, like volunteering and contributing to events with my ROTC friends!
Despite all things that North has encountered this past year, I'm participating in this "No Evil" project because I think it's time us North High students and faculty show everyone that the perception they have of us is wrong!
