I helped build an orphanage for over 200 children in La Gonâve, Haiti. I volunteered through an organization called Extollo and they connected me to an organization called Okipe that made the whole thing possible

I was a mentor for an at risk youth in Portland Maine for over a year. We helped each other tremendously and it was a very humbling experience that changed my life.
I want people to be aware that children and adults are being prescribed powerful medications to alleviate pain. I was prescribed vicodin at 15 for back pain, and finally graduated to Oxycontin by 26. The drugs took control of my life.
