I once picked up a recently released ex-con, who was hitchhiking on route 91 at night, and gave him a ride to the Bus Stop in Amherst so he could start his way home for free.

One morning I woke up and scrolled through Facebook while still in bed. A friend of mine posted that he was stuck at work and his mom had a flat tire on the highway. I got up, jumped in my jeep and headed to the highway. I found his mom on the side of the road and changed her tire out. She couldn't speak English (Greek) but I know she was thankful.

I've worked with children with special needs (i.e. Autism) for over 5 years and absolutely love it!

Why are you participating?

There are very few minorities in my field and labels have made me work twice as hard than the typical caucasian clinician.
