Tell Us Your Good Deed

One day I was in the grocery store. One item I was purchasing was Oreo Cookies for my son. The elderly man in back of me commented on how good they looked. He hadn't had one in years. I paid for my items and handed the Cookies to the cashier and asked him to place them in the man's bag. I hope that they tasted as good as he remembered.

Why are you participating?

There is way too much negative in the world. We are quick to see the negative and evil. Take a minute and do a kind deed for another. Even if the kindness is nothing more than a smile.

I am a security officer in a large office. When the fire alarm sounded I carried a co workers dog outside.

Why are you participating?

To take a look at my happy self and discover what I can and can't change in order to increase happiness even further. Help others see that they can
choose which things they SEE, HEAR and SAY in a way that increases happiness.
