Why are you participating?

I'm taking a class called silenced voices and it's all about not judging people by their labels, like their skin color or gender, and this project exemplifies the goal of the class.

It took many years to realize I was so very privileged, and once I understood that I knew we can not advance as a species if we don't advance the least priveleged among us.
