Tell Us Your Good Deed

I helped organize a competitive, community-oriented creative-writing/performance poetry group in Tunkhannock, PA called The Breaking Ground Poets. We offer workshops and hold open mics, and host local competitions. We also invite published performance poets to visit and perform, and we attended Brave New Voices in August.

Why are you participating?

Because I believe in the potential of every person to do great things and rise above their selfishness and circumstance. People are fucking beautiful.

I've volunteered taking photographs of children who are up for adoption. We all need a good picture to look and feel our best.

Why are you participating?

We are all different and should celebrate that fact that we are!

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Whether a person needs another person to give them good advice or simply just another ear to listen to them and understand what they are going through, I am there for everyone and I won't judge them on how they look, how they sound, or the mistakes they made, as long as that person has learned from what they done or is trying to learn from it. I believe everyone deserves a second chance.

Why are you participating?

I know the creator of the "No Evil Project", Troy, and I think it is a fantastic idea to show that labels don't matter. Everyone can do good things.

Why are you participating?

It is important for people not to judge others based merely on looks. This project is doing just that.
