I teach for a nonprofit science museum. I help other people especially those who identify as women stay sober and find self compassion for themselves, and myself along the way.

I love the idea that I can find some labels I truly identify with sitting next to my besties.

Suicide prevention and mental health awareness and education, community service. Being who I needed as a kid. Being there for teenagers when they're struggling, and making them feel like they're not alone.

My struggles are used to help and empower myself, and others, turning pain into purpose.

I would love to work with animals. I am a mother of three. I have mental health disorders along with substance abuse disorder. I have been working really hard to find out who I am!
