The best thing I've done is become a vegan. I decided I no longer wanted to contribute to the vicious and unnecessary killing of animals for any reason. I wanted to do my part and stop the harm and cruelty toward all living creatures. They deserve and have the right to be here and live as much as we humans do. It's the best thing ever!

Why are you participating?

Labels are not necessarily a bad thing. It all depends on how you use them. I like to label myself if what the label stands for is inline with my vision and what I stand for.

I donate blood every 6 months to American Red Cross Association and have been doing so since I turned 16. Because of my O Positive blood it's extremely valuable to hospitals and patients around the country!

Why are you participating?

Some labels are acknowledged in a positive way, some in a negative way. Such as being an art lover is acknowledged in a positive way. But whilst being vegan and introverted is shown in society as not normal, or weird. Which is extremely twisted.

I don't eat animals or anything that comes from them, which is one small way of reducing suffering in the world. Being vegan is one of the most happy-making things I've done in my life.
