I proudly supported my country by serving in the U S Military (4 tours in Iraq). As a former Eagle Scout and still try to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent. I helped to bring a wonderful little boy into this world, and I try to do my best to make sure he feels loved and is brought up with good values.

Why are you participating?

I feel a lot of time people view those of us with tattoos and piercings with fear and apprehension. To me, it is an art form and manner of self expression. Maybe if people got to know a little about those different from themselves, they would be more accepting of their packaging.

I volunteer to judge "Karaoke For a Cure" for the Pancreatic Cancer Society each year. Some of the contestants are great, and it's a pleasure! A few, however, are less so...

Why are you participating?

Happy for the opportunity to be a part of something with such a positive message!

Tell Us Your Good Deed

When I was a teenager I attended a local festival with my bff. We found a wallet with more than $100 in it on a ride. We picked up the wallet and turned it in to the lost and found at the festival, with money, credit cards, etc. still in tact. It never dawned on my bff or me to take anything from the wallet. We opened it to check for ID and that was it. I hope the guy got his wallet back, but I know that we did everything we could given the situation.

I believe appreciating our differences is a good thing.
