When my family and I lived in Webster every summer, our dad, my siblings, and I would volunteer at the food share in town. We would package food or clothing and shoes to help either load them in a car or hand the bags and boxes out to people.

My philosophy about labels is I'm not a fan of the negativity of labels. All of us are just the same - no better than anyone else. It is the lens we look through and how we interpret - if it's negative then change the angle and lens until it lifts you up and empowers you.
