I use my experience and struggles with anxiety disorder to fight against mental health stigma. It is really important that people going through these things do not feel alone - so I reach out on Anxiety forums to support, offer hope and guidance and advocate for good self-care.
I am an advocate for creative expression.

I've volunteered six years in a row for the Americorps Onset Ocean cleanup-- and every year, it's been raining. :)
To try to make a difference. A little kindness can go a long way.
I volunteer every Sunday morning feeding and cleaning the farm animals in the barn at an animal shelter.
Kindness is important and unfortunately these days can seem to be in woefully short supply.

I give all I can to those who need it- whether it be time, money, attention, or help. I am all about helping someone else's day get better even if only for a moment.
After hearing about this project, I just knew that it was for me. I believe in spreading positivity and not judging others based on the surface.

I volunteer with my Dad to help veterans. I collect food for the needy. I stand up for others in the face of bullies. I accept that we are all different, and look to see how those differences mesh together to make a better, stronger group.
I am more than a kid.
I am more than a bookworm, or sports obsessed boy.
I am a leader in the making. I am strong of mind, of will and of spirit. I have Korean blood in me, but also Acadian - so I am by nature a survivor.
I will make a positive impact on this world.

I have helped raise money for the Make A Wish foundation. It helps really sick kids get a wish granted in life.
I think it is important to have good deeds in the world because if we don’t help each other out, the world would be a miserable place to live in. I want to show people that kids can make a difference in the happiness of others.
Gave a girl who is sometimes mean to me but looked hungry my snack. She was nice to me after that. :)
Because we should be nice to eachother and not be mean. And no matter how little you are, you can make a difference. Together we can make the world a better place.
