Tell Us Your Good Deed

I sometimes belly laugh when my parents do something silly. That makes them very happy.

Why are you participating?

I don't really have a choice - my mom thought it would be cute.

I work at a non profit organization with girls, working with them to be strong and bold.

Why are you participating?

I think that as a woman, I need to work on being louder and advocating for myself. By helping other young women to do the same, I am doing my part for today's and future society.

I have worked with Toddlers, every day for multiple years, and I often come home covered in paint, apple sauce and snot but I still cannot think of a more rewarding job!

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I try my best to be there for my close friends and family in hard situations. I often make it my goal to make them smile, laugh and help them forget about what they are going through (even if it's for a brief moment). I make it a point to be very optimistic and try to ensure others that tomorrow is a new day and, if things are rough, it will pass and get better.

Why are you participating?

Everyone has good in them and everyone is different. I'm proud to live in such a diverse world. HATE and labels make for such wasted energy. Peoples' differences are beautiful and encouraging.

This summer I worked at a non-profit which combats sexual harassment for women. Every summer, I try and work with a nonprofit and do my part.

Why are you participating?

I think this project is amazing - that across gender, ethnicity, any identity, we are very similar.
