I check on my neighbors if I’m going to the store or taking my trash out or check on them to be sure they need anything.
I am disabled now I have had MS since I was 20. I walk with a wheeled walker. I am happy to still be walking, talking and have life, a daughter, & friends & family that love me at every stage of my journey.
I always give a ride to a coworker that doesn't have a car.
I helped save a bird. I help when I can. Always want to see people smile. Volunteered at Salvation Army.

I feel like people are often viewed and judged too quickly and I don't think anyone should be embarrassed of themselves because everyone is who they are for so many reasons.

I helped an elderly woman whose mechanical wheelchair died. It was 85 degrees (F) out and she was trying to push it home. I not only gave her a ride home but put her chair in my SUV.
To show the world that everyone is equal. No one is better than anyone else, we are all unique.
I would stay up extremely late at night to ensure my friends are ok.
