I participated in two mission trips to Guatemala.
I believe that everyone should embrace the characteristics that make them who they are. Everyone should take pride in themselves and what they have to offer the world, because we all have something incredible to offer.
I currently intern at my university's counseling center and I'm trying my best to encourage people to be more vulnerable in order to build resiliency. Validating a person's reality and their personal truth can be very powerful.
