I volunteer to help other parents in my community to understand special education, disability awareness, and give resources for parent support, inclusion and activities for children with autism and/or mental health needs.
I am fat. The world gives everyone messages about how bad fat is. Well I'm not bad, lazy, uneducated, or lacking self control. I hope people can see a person, with a heart, dreams, family, and rights. My body is beautiful and I'm happy to be me!

I have volunteered at soup kitchens growing up and I once worked at a homeless shelter. I still try to help people everyday.
I spent my teen years trying to be anything but myself. I could not pray the gay away and I almost was successful in taking my own life too many times. I want others to know it gets better and they are loved.
I always offer to drive people home if needed and make sure they get where they need to go safely.

Whenever I have the chance to compliment someone, I do. Everyone is always to happy afterwards, and it's nice to think that I maybe I've made their day better by doing so.
I like making others happy and contributing to a good cause. I'm so much more than my combination of labels.
I tell my friends I love them 24/7.

Followed a lone dog with a collar that was running loose in the middle of the street for an hour to make sure it wouldn't be hit by a car.
Such an awesome project! So many, many of the labels would fit me - and I learned a lot just reading the VERY long list of how people identify themselves.
