I work and volunteer at Touchstone Farm (Lyndeborough, NH) to support people of different abilities, from children to adults, including first responders and veterans, to reconnect with themselves, their emotions and with fellow humans - through work with horses. I love the innocences horses can help people reconnect to in themselves.
I was drawn to the purpose and message of this project.

I was exiting the supermarket, witnessed a young woman carrying a toddler and groceries run after the bus. It left without her. I did not have to be anywhere. As she was crying, I offered to drive them home. She lived one town over. She was so grateful and it actually made my day better!
Because 2025 is a scary time for so many. We need to remember this too shall pass (hopefully!) and to keep doing good things as it will make us feel better.
