Tell Us Your Good Deed

Ever since I was little I loved helping others and getting out into the world. I plan on taking part on more missionary trips in the future. No matter where you are in the world there are always people who will need your help; and maybe one day they will help you in return.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

One good deed that I have done is I pick up garbage whenever I see it outside and I hold onto it until I can place it in a garbage. I also dig recyclables out of the trash and recycle them.

Why are you participating?

I think this is a very clever and creative organization. It gets the word out about doing good unto others, it promotes peace, and it encourages all people to be nonjudgmental. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for this opportunity! :)

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I stayed and talked to one of my residents at 230 in the morning after a long night of duty just because she was lonely and wanted a friend.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

From all of the service trips and volunteering that I've done I try to constantly live with the realities of others in mind. I also try to smile a lot and look people in the eye, because everyone matters.

Why are you participating?

I think that confronting stereotypes and seeing the good in others will help perpetuate peace around the world.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I spent a week in Haiti in the summer of 2011 to assist with rebuilding efforts in the wake of the 2010 earthquake.

Why are you participating?

I'm participating because we all are unique and have been given gifts and qualties from God, all of which can be used for good. Our uniqueness and differences are to be celebrated and this project certainly helps do that!
