I recently raised over $400 for the UMass Cancer Research facility. And it was simple, just ask. This is something I think we should all be a little more open to, asking and receiving as well as hearing and giving. Finding needs and filling them, whether it be a favor for a friend or defending the rights of strangers.

I'm always there for others, whether it be to prevent a suicide, or just someone to talk to when in an emotional situation. I enjoy making people smile with either a stupid joke, or listening to music.
To tell people that they shouldn't judge others. Even if you know someone's situation, doesn't make it ok to call them out on it. Be there, be supportive.
