I travelled around the country for a year doing various community service projects.
I want people to see one another for who they are, and not premade stereotypes.
Here is a collection of 6130 people who have participated in the project so far. Explore and see the variety of people doing good deeds in their communities. You can also see all the labels, groups of people, photographers, and a world map of where everyone is from!

I recently donated a mailbox post that I had purchased and didn't need to an elderly disabled couple who didn't have a mailbox in my neighborhood. Theirs had been demolished by last winter's plows. I leave extra good tips for waitstaff and generally try to be kind and thoughtful of others.
It's important for everyone to see beneath the surface and realize there is good in all of us!
I've seen many homeless people in my life and i try to help them every single time i come across one. Whether it's giving them food or just a couple dollars help them get by.
I'm participating to help spread positivity and to promote diversity among the people of the world! C:

I love helping people through their problems even though I can't help myself. I also love to be there for people and let them know that it's going to be okay. I've also talked a lot of my friends out of self harm and suicide. Some may say I am an angel.
I am participating because people need to know that no matter who you are or where you are from. You can always do good and no one is truly evil.
I love working with the kids I teach! Helping them grow as people throughout the year is so rewarding. When you know your making an impact, all the hard work is worth it.
I am participating because pansexual people often have bad stereotypes that follow them. People assume I sleep around, that I just looking for attention, that I'm confused, or even that I'm dangerous. I am who I am. I'm not evil.

I help lift the spirits in my community through music and vocal harmony. Join a chorus! It's awesome. =)
Why not? I'm not evil! People that express their gender in a non-conventional way shouldn't need to hide in the shadows!

I performed many hours of volunteer work in college with the national co-ed service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega.
My "gay" and "atheist" labels virtually guarantee I couldn't get elected to public office if I wanted to. I hope people see that we are civic-minded people too!
