Tell Us Your Good Deed

I have actually been in participation at my job, giving back to the community. We started a group called We AllCare, which focuses on giving back to community. We recently did a Back to School Drive to help struggling families, obtain school supplies for their children. We were able to help a total of 13 children and donate all remaining school supplies to the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester to help them provide supplies to over 800 people.

I will always go up to people and make them feel they matter. In addition to other things, I make a point to have a smile on my face no matter what and greet everyone I see with that smile. I truly believe that there is good in every single person. Adopted cats from cat Sanctuary

Why are you participating?

I believe everyone should have the right to be and live the life that they are meant to live without bullying, judgement, or fear. I think this project is an amazing way to get people to see we are the same

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Everyday, I try to do at least one thing to make someone smile. This ranges from getting my roommate stressing about homework some candy from the grocery store to telling someone on the street how lovely their outfit is to holding the door for 5 people. Sometimes, even the smallest deeds like holding the door surprises people. It’s almost as if people don’t expect others they don’t know to be nice to them. I try to encourage everyone to just be genuine and nice to others, and it will help make this world a better, more loving place. Just start by holding the door.

Why are you participating?

People always ask me, “Zack, why are you so nice? Why do you care so much about me?” And it’s always so uncomfortable for me. There’s so much evil in this world, that people are genuinely shocked by my acts of kindness and caring. And it’s literally just who I am.

I often go out of my way to ensure anyone who comes into my life leaves my life feeling happier than before. I use this value system in my work life, home life, and relationships and thus far it has worked out.

I when I walk through the cemetery I straighten flower pots that have tipped over and sometimes water plants that look like they need it. Occasionally I’ll pull a weed or two or do a little deadheading.

I became a drag mother a bit over a year ago. Since then I’ve acquired 3 drag daughters and it’s one of the proudest things I’ve done. I’m Helping them learn the tricks of the trade, and discovering who they are. Being a cosmetologist I had the know how I could share. I now have a drag daughter who was crowned the very first MX. Gay worcester. I was blessed with amazing foster parents and I had learned what it was like to have love and support come from unexpected places. Being able to pass that on to others is very gratifying. No one should ever feel unexcepted or unloved.
