Raising money to provide free wheelchairs to people with disabilities in developing nations through FreeWheelchair.org, restoring dignity, independence and hope through the gift of mobility. 100 million people around the world today are in need of a wheelchair without the means to get one. I may not be able to change the world, but I can change the world for one person, one wheelchair at a time!
I participate for the ART of it and to be a small part of something much greater.

I believe the world needs to recreate itself... too much anger out there and it's only getting worse.

I make an effort to smile at every person I see. I find that showing people kindness can go a long way.
People are often judged for things they should not be judged for. Instead of judging the differences of the people around us, we should embrace them, respect them and appreciate them because those differences are what make us human.

I work for a vocational rehabilitation program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We assist individuals reach their vocational goals of going back to work and school. I have been with this program for two and a half years and have learned the meaning of hope. I have witnessed first-hand individuals go from a place of fear to a place of personal empowerment. Mental Illness is one of the most stigmatized conditions a person can be diagnosed with and everyday they fight not only their symptoms, but also society.
I am participating because I truly believe in the mission of the No Evil Project. We all have labels but those labels don't make us who we are. What makes us who we are is how we treat each other.
