Tell Us Your Good Deed

I am a teacher at a non-profit school in Worcester, Ma and I love it. I hope to continue the good fight in education to serve young people in helping them realize their place in this world.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I make an effort to smile at every person I see. I find that showing people kindness can go a long way.

Why are you participating?

People are often judged for things they should not be judged for. Instead of judging the differences of the people around us, we should embrace them, respect them and appreciate them because those differences are what make us human.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I work for a vocational rehabilitation program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. We assist individuals reach their vocational goals of going back to work and school. I have been with this program for two and a half years and have learned the meaning of hope. I have witnessed first-hand individuals go from a place of fear to a place of personal empowerment. Mental Illness is one of the most stigmatized conditions a person can be diagnosed with and everyday they fight not only their symptoms, but also society.

Why are you participating?

I am participating because I truly believe in the mission of the No Evil Project. We all have labels but those labels don't make us who we are. What makes us who we are is how we treat each other.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

I believe people can reach their true potential...no one needs to do it alone.
Have patience and provide support. We learn from and with each other.
Dream Big.

Why are you participating?

This is an awesome project. People get to define themselves, not have others define them.
It's fun and engaging. It is inspiring to see so many different people who, together, make up the rich fabric of our community.
