Tell Us Your Good Deed

I make sure to ask everyone how they are and show that I am listening by following up and checking in about the things they share with me. Showing people they really matter goes a long way to lifting spirits, instilling optimism, and creating communities. I do this good deed everyday with everyone.

Why are you participating?

I work with high school students who struggle with issues of identity confusion, sexual orientation, gender confusion, popularity, mental illness, the list goes on. The most common thing I hear from these students is fear of loneliness and isolation.

Tell Us Your Good Deed

Why are you participating?

It is too easy to dismiss good people or good people who commit acts of kindness because of their appearance, their education level, amount of money they make or lack of interest in social scenes. Everyone is capable of goodness, even the one's that don't "look" like it.

I change lives.

Why are you participating?

I am participating because I am not a definition found in any medical book nor dictionary. I am an individual who has experience both good bad & indifferent and I am here to continue to help lives as a Fit Veteran & Health Coach.

Why are you participating?

Everyone should feel worthy and equal, never less than... I know how hard that feeling can be.
